Recombinant human soluble TNF-α is produced in E. coli. The protein is a soluble 157 amino acid protein - which corresponds to C-terminal extracellular domain of the full length transmembrane protein (77-233) – and a C-terminal His6-tag.

The recombinant TNFα can serve as standard in immunochemical assays, Western Blot or other methods.
